How to remove face spots
with rice
Rice water
Benefits for the skin:

Rice water is a powerful natural humectant, keeping skin soft and firm. At the same time, its anti‑inflammatory properties help reduce redness and calm irritation, acting as a natural toner. It’s suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.
Its high vitamin B3 content can lighten dark spots, even out skin tone, and give a more radiant, luminous look.
As mentioned earlier, it helps protect your skin from free radicals and premature aging. Being rich in vitamin E and omega‑6, it helps prevent wrinkles and fine lines.
Thanks to its antiseptic properties, rice water provides a deep cleanse. This helps pores appear less visible and helps control imperfections such as pimples and excess sebum.
Rice water stimulates circulation in the facial skin, which slows the aging process and improves the skin’s appearance and overall condition.

Preparation
of rice water:

Wash the rice, let it dry, and place it in a ceramic or glass container. Choose rice that is as natural as possible and has not been treated with chemicals.
Add 1½ to 2 cups of boiled water (enough to cover the rice with about two fingers of water above it).
Cover with a dry cloth and let it soak for 30 minutes, without cooking or boiling.
Strain it and store it in a clean glass container in a cool place where it cannot be contaminated.
Use for 6–7 days, no longer. As the days go by, it will become whiter because it is fermenting—this simply means its properties are even stronger.
Use rice water as a toner. With a cotton pad or reusable cloth, apply it over the entire face, including the neck and décolleté, after facial cleansing. Use both morning and night.
Bonus: rice mask
concentrated for dark spots
This mask is the perfect complement to maximize the benefits of rice and boost the spot‑fading effect offered by rice‑water toner.
Unlike the toner, use this preparation once a week and only at night.
To make it, we need one cup of white rice and one cup of filtered or bottled water.
Wash the rice to remove any impurities or dirt. Once washed, place it in a glass or ceramic container.
Add bottled or filtered water to the rice and let the mixture sit overnight.
After soaking, blend in a blender or food processor for 5 minutes and strain.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add water if lumps form.
Let the mixture rest until it cools, then store it covered in the refrigerator in a glass or ceramic container.

Cleanse the skin as usual.
Apply to damp skin and leave on for 20 minutes.
Rinse off with plenty of lukewarm water.
